A successful source connection is required; a plan or illustration does not prove that collection is active. The workspace shows the source state, latest run and limits so you can distinguish an empty result from a failed or paused scan.

Choose a distinctive phrase
Track a product, organisation or campaign name people use in public. Each keyword slot holds one phrase. Use exclusions to remove unrelated meanings, then check the first matches before expanding the scope. This is especially useful for a small business with limited review time.
Keep the original context
Read the source before marking an item relevant, assigning a teammate or recording a note. A mention can be ironic, incomplete or unrelated to your product. Where AI triage is permitted, treat its category as a suggestion that a person can correct.
